the location is very convenient, near everything i wanted to see. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. breakfast included a harpist, a lovely touch. the coffee was also quite good.
the room was not as clean as i expected. i noticed visible stains on the curtains. the curtains were pulled off the rail on one side, disappointing. i also saw soap drips on the trim below the sink.

The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the city. I found it great to stay near La Scala theater and close to the Duomo. Good food choices are within a short walk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I found the room well-appointed.
The shower was not great. To get in the tub, the ledge was really high. The shower rain head is in the middle of the tub, but there is no curtain or door, so water went onto the bathroom floor. It was the worst shower I've ever seen in a hotel.

The staff at the front desk were willing to do anything to accommodate my needs. I found the staff in the breakfast room pleasant and helpful. They were always attentive. This enhanced the overall experience.

The breakfast buffet offered good choices, including gluten-free options, so I was satisfied. There was a harpist playing during breakfast. If I ordered drinks to the room, they came beautifully presented with snacks, a nice touch.

The location proved very convenient. It was easy to reach the attractions I wanted to visit. The included breakfast offered a good start to the day. I found a decent variety of options available.
The room's layout felt a bit odd and impractical. The light switches lacked labels. It took time to figure out which switch controlled which light. I also found the lighting was not bright enough, especially considering the stairs inside the room.
